As we have noted on this site, we use natural materials such as leather and wood. There are natural variations in the materials we use. We have demanding specifications, but naturally the wood grain, in particular, may vary from what you see photographed for this website.

Returns
We have a simple returns policy. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simple return it to us by registered mail within 7 days with a short note telling us why, and we'll refund your purchase. Please remember to include a copy of your invoice so we can refund you correctly.

Goods damaged during delivery
If an item arrives in poor condition, pleae follow the above returns procedure and we will replace the goods, no questions asked.
