The Cloud of Unknowing

A modern rendering of the anonymous 14th-century text.

What if the thing you are reaching for cannot be reached through thought?

This modern rendering stays close to the anonymous medieval text, with reflections by John Ferdinand that bring its questions into ordinary life. An invitation to enter what cannot be completed by explanation.
